kr808 pcc question

so just got a new kr808 with pcc carrying case from electronicstix, wondering if anyone might have an answer to this question.....
this morning when i went to charge a battery from last night, the LED on the battery didnt blink when i connected it... does this mean the battery isnt in need of a charge? or is it not charging?
reconnected the battery that was in the pcc during the night and it did the same thing... no blinking... also the LED indicator on the pcc for te battery charge doesnt light up at all.
hmmm.
the pcc is fully charged, left it charging all night last night....
worried im going to end up with dead batteries and no way to reharge.
any help appriciated.

I ran into the same problem pcc lights up when plugged into the usb, but when you plug the battery in nothing happens at all, first time it happened was a cake up on the threads the next time it turned out there was a broken wire where the pcc batter meets up with the swivel connections, you can go ahead and melt the hot glue that is there and make sure its not broken

yea i cleaned out the threads with alcohol... and it is only like 3 days old so it shouldnt have been too dirty.
thinking it is a loose wire. so far both batteries are dead and im guessing im back to analogs until my replacements and back ups arrive. funny thing is i just ordered another kr808 kit cause i loved it so much and a joye 306 for a back up.... but this one decided to die before i got those... baaaahhh. the luck i have.
what did you use to melt the glue?

I ended up using a heat gun that I have, it's a soldering and heat gun mix.

thanks for the help there. replacements have arrived and i actually got a 306 ahead of schedule on saturday... so all that worrying for nada. :P
