I ordered the RCR 123a`s for it, but i just found out on altsmoke site that they dont reccomend that ???

They don't recommend it because they don't want to be held liable for anything that goes wrong from you using the rcr123a's. Use the 3v batts, and not the 3.7v

Go for the HV !!! I have the 18650 batteries for a backup. You can vape almost 2days @3.7v. It's not like 3.7v on a standard battery(ie:closer to 3.1v) The volts don't drop off. 123a's will give 2-4 hrs of great vaping

    These are Protected 3.7v
    This is a package of 2 UltraFire ICR123A 3.7v 880mAh protected lithium-ion rechargeable batteries.
These are PCB protected against shorts, overcharge and over discharge.

These look to be unprotected 3.0volts
    Rechargeable Cell Specifications
    Model
    ICR 123A
    Size(mm)
    17335
    NetWeight(g)
    30
    Note
The normal output of this product is less than 800mAh, you will be disappointed if you want exactly 800mAh.
Li-Ion Battery may explode if charging or discharging in-properly. User must have knowledge how to charge and discharge Li-Ion battery before making Li-Ion Battery Pack.
Strongly suggest you using our smart Li-Ion battery charger to recharge the battery module. Never use DC adapter to charge this battery pack.
We are NOT responsible for any damage that is caused by the misuse of the Li-Ion Battery.

They are too small, I mean you can always macgyver something really unsafe in order for it to make contact.
Other words do not use CR2 in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And if you use CR2s in general, be very careful and dont use unprotected batts.
Also stay away form shady non label e-bay batts.
