The 808e-Pack PCC status lights

Does anyone have one of these that came with a manual or some sort of instructions, that could tell me what the status lights mean, i have been guessing what they mean, so far ive determined that when the PCC is charged the top light turns green but the bottom light blinks randomly while charging,
When I screw my kr battery on the tip blinks lue and the red status light goes on solid but then after a few minutes it starts blinking randomly some solid some quick.... im so confused
Any help to a determined vaping newb would be greatly appriciated

I believe the PCC lights are as follows:
When PCC is plugged in a red light will stay solid indicating its charging , this will turn green after it is fully charged.
The second light will turn on as a steady red light as well when the 808 battery is in the PCC and it will shut off when the battery is fully charged.

i have two. any they are both fishy lol the light for the status of the pcc works good. but the light on the status of the battery is stupid.

Ive noticed the same with mine, ill open the case to see the light is out for the battery, it only flashes quickly every so often to let you know its working, but then sometimes it stays on, sometimes i screw the battery in and it blinks...ect... blah blah blah, your right its stupid lol apparently the chinese make junk and arent as smart as the engineers here in the US
