Should i Switch to ALL USA Liquids?

Well People.. I have to make a decision.. I need to decide if I should keep Getting Chinese Liquid... AND USA Liquid.. or Should i Just ditch the Chinese Liquids and only sell USA Made Liquids... Im Just looking for some input. Trying to Decide.. Because I like some of my tweaked Chinese flavors.. But Everyone likes USA Liquid too..

Here is what im Thinking. I might just blow out all my not so popular Chinese Flavors. And keep the good selling ones any stock more of the USA Juice. What do you guys think?

well i havent tried any of the usa made liquid, but it seems its all fruity tasting stuff.... no "tobacco" flavored liquid...
i like the chinese stuff.... but again i have nothing to compare it to.
would you have "tobacco" flavoring in the usa?

I've been wondering about the whole "USA" Juice thing myself(as a consumer)..And This is Not directed at any particular USA juice manufacturer..But..I would love for them to take a little time and step up and REALLY SHOW where and how their products are being made..Bath Tubs or Laboratories?..dont think it's too much to ask..
If the information is already available.. please direct me to it..Then at least i could believe half of what i see..lol

The problem with that is that firstly I like many of the Chinese made juices, So if getting rid of CML, MLBUSA MIX, 555, and Mint would be a part of no Chinese stuff on the site it would be bad, the other problem is that the Chinese made juices are cheaper than almost anything I ever see offered and these days to most people a couple of bucks difference (or a few ml's difference in a bottle) is a pretty big deal.

Not to mention that i would bet my bottom dollar on the fact that your margin is better on Chinese product and a lower profit on one product means something else would need to make up for it and increase in price.

I can tell you that I have almost zero safety problem concerns with Chinese made products (or at least about the same amount of concern that I have with USA processing plants)

My solution would be to clearly label each as what the are on the site, set your profit margin to whatever you need it to be on each product, let people make the decision for themselves and after a year or so of info gathering then make the switch to whatever works out for you and your customers the best.

Btw, I am assuming that all the niquids are Chinese, are they or are some made in the USA?

Your CML, USAMIX, 555 AND MINT are maybe the best versions i have ever had which is strange to me since i assumed all the flavors from various places were getting whipped up by the tanker load in China.

I don't really understand why flavors vary so much from website to website.

I think you need to drop t he price on the Chinese Liquid. Right now your selling the Chinese Liquid for $9.99. But you are saleing the USA Liquid on sale right now for $6.95. I will pick the cheaper USA Liquid all day long. But if you drop the price on the Chinese Liquid. You will sale more. But if you do blow out the Chinese flavors let me know . I will love to pick up alot of Chinese flavors .

ok guys. I can tell you that rath isnt whipping up things in a bathtub. And he is currently looking for a larger place to do his work. He has lab equipment etc. I dont have pictures but heck hes in chat sometimes. maybe ask him about it. Now. About my pricing. I have left my pricing on my Chinese liquid at standard pricing for 15ml bottles. And the only reason my pricing is low on the usa mde liquid.. (which are 10ml by the way) Is because some other suppliers sell rath at that extremely low price and i need to stay competitive. And the reason chinese liquids vary from site to site is that each site can put their own twists on the flavors if they choose to. each supplier hope their tweaks to the liquid will please their customers. And as far as tobacco usa made flavors. they are on the way. He has started making a tobacco and a tobacco menthol liquid. And i wouldnt phase out the most popular chinese flavors i would be keeping the mlb, the cml, the newport, the menthol, ry1, ry4. It all just depends on sales really and you are right the profit margin isnt as high on usa liquid.. but shipping is cheaper. every time i order from china.. its close to 500 bucks in shipping.. But I will be working on getting more flavors and stock in on the usa liquids and be stocking them both for a while. But my main issue is with room. I keep all my liquids in an old Boiler room with a circulation fan. The year round ambient temp in there is between 30-40 degrees. It keeps the liquid fresher, longer. But that room is VERY full and i need more room lol..

Dude.!.I absolutely WAS NOT referring to Rath..I buy and enjoy his product, and I DO trust him and his distributors ..along with a few others..This was a general statement..aimed at all the USA juice manufacturers..

Heh, retail is a tough gig J, been there done that. It's impossible to make everyone happy because just as sure as the sun will come up the moment you get rid of that damned Mango in 6mg that's been gathering dust for the last 13 months some guy is gonna come crawling out of the woodwork and make umpteen threads about it.

I can tell you what my current buying habits are and hope that it may make it easier to make a decision.(but it prolly won't lol!)

Right now after a two month or so experementation phase I have basically found what I like in various tobacco flavors and the majority of the $$$ goes into the "sure things" (35% or so)of all the money i spend is on those. The biggies atm are CML, USA MIX, mint, and 555
another 20% (or so) goes to replacement parts such as attys and batteries.
30% (or so) is used to try out new flavors (for example next up that I will order is perhaps watermelon) or new brands or manufacturers( for instance i just ordered freedom juice by Halo)
and the final 15% i save up over a bit of time to try out new hardware. (right now the janty ego which i plan to pick up in a couple of months unless i change my mind)
so to recap (cause wow that is a tough read)

35% to keep stocked in things i know i like
20% replacement parts to keep the 510 running
30% to try new things with
15% savings fund for new hardware

btw, it took me a bit of time to come up with those numbers i think i just sat here and vaped and examined my purchases for over an hour LMAO! I just wanted you to know those numbers did not come from a half-assed analysis...

anyway what stands out to me is that my 2nd largest vaping expense is trying new flavors and that may be the trouble part for deciding to cut back on your selection.

now on your end what stands out is how much freaking easier your life will be with having a smaller inventory to worry about and NOT having a crapload of niquid expiration dates riding on your shoulders 24/7/.

I hope this helps a bit and if you decide to blow out the niquids be sure to give me a shout because even though it bites me in the ass most times i still love to try new flavors.
