Problems with cartomizers.

Ok, I'm sure this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find anything on this.

I'm using a Joye 510 and I want to use cartomizers from 808. Now I did get me a 510 to 901 adapter to use them but when I take a drag I get a HUGE TH but very very little vapor. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have heard that I might need to get a 901 to cartomizer adapter as well but not too sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey buddy, the best adapter i have i got from altsmoke.com its for 901 and carto. It works very well. but you also have to recognize that a carto needs to be broken in like any other atomizer too. give it time. if you can get a draw through it the adapter is probably okay. And make sure ya dont run it dry and u should be golden.

Np, I'll try and run one for a bit and see if it gets better. The adapter I got was from goodprophets.com. They had them for like 4 bucks. In case I need to get the one from altsmoke, could you provide the link to the one I would need.

My experience has been that cartomizers work awesome initially then the vapor production declines after the first use, I mean they continue to work awesome for a ton of refills but the performance is never as good as when its brand new

Don't worry about the one from altsmoke. It's exactly the same as the one from Good Prophets, lol. I have one of each
BTW... I experienced the same thing as you... tiny vapor...huge throat hit. That didnt get better till I emptied the thing and put in some good juice.

Yeah, I never even thought of that. I'm sure the stock liquid that comes in these things aren't the best lol. Thanks for all the help guys but I have one more question, I heard there is a mod for 510 to 901 (808) carto using a staple or something. Anyone heard of it. Supposedly supposed to give better air flow through the atty and carto.
