MAKO TIP SHEET
PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
Minno:
• For charging small blue CR2 3.6V batteries (Minno), please use included spacers (5 x 1mm spacer for each CR2 battery) PROVIDED with Trustfire 3.6V charger. Use 1 of these with the smallest sleeve (Minno) + 2 O-rings to get 3.6V.
• For mini pipe batteries on minno please remove both o-rings.
Midi:
• For using the 14500 battery remove both o-rings and charge battery with trustfire 3.6V charger.
• Green CR2 3V batteries are LiFePo. Only charge with the included small 3V charger. Use 2 of these with the Midi sleeve to get 6 Volts. These batteries require 1 o-ring.
Maksi:
• Long blue 14670 battery is also to be charged in the Trustfire 3.6V charger. Use one of these in the Maksi sleeve with both o-rings for extended use at 3.6V.
• 5V NIMH custom battery for MAKSI must only be charged with supplied charger and use both o-rings on the end caps for this setup. Insert battery into supplied battery holder adhering to + and – indications on holder. Clip BLACK crocodile/alligator clip to negative contact on rear of battery holder and clip RED crocodile/alligator clip to positive contact on rear of battery holder. Using key provided with charger, ensure the dial settings are switched to 2hrs and 200mah respectively. Charger will light red while charging and the green trickle charging light will light up when battery is charged. Remove mains plug. Remove crocodile clips and take battery out of holder for use. The battery is NIMH and cannot be used with any other charger other than the one provided. Battery should read 5.6-5.8V when fully charged.
Atomiser Connectors:
• For 801/901 fittings please tighten the adapter lightly with pliers to prevent the adapter from unthreading. Alternatively, before you fit an atomiser, remove the brass endcap and hold the adapter in place while you screw on the atomiser.
IMPORTANT:
• Exercise caution with your batteries.
• If your device misfires, remove batteries and try to find out what the problem could be.
• If battery is heating up in device a short circuit may be occurring in this case remove batteries immediately.
• If you notice any damage to battery plastic sleeve discontinue use.
