I just received the MAKO MAKSI as well, and I'm in love with it. I just ordred the MIDI sleeve and cr2's so i can try 6 volts. This was the est $ spent on vaping yet. I should have bought this instead of the 510 kit.

5v is a nice sweet spot I think.
very similar vape to the LR atties I've been using.
So far 1/2 day on the same battery and going strong! dripping with a 901.
Have some 14650's coming in so I'll try out the LR atties on it soon.
Uzi Silver or Black? mines a silver grey tone sweet looking with the brass ends

I chose the blacksleeve. it's awesome looking with the brass ends, however, in the right lighting it looks somewhat brown in color. I love this thing.

So far I'm getting the better part of a day with these 5v(4.8v) nimh batteries.
Didn't know if I would like the bottom button, but it's kind of of natural to use.
Fits the hand nice, good weight to it.
When I get a chance I'll follow up with a Vid review in a couple of days.

oh and the anodizing thing lol.. it was mainly the black units that were affected int the first run of the makos.. but i wanted to get them here so bad that i told him to just ship them.. but i should be getting some custom powdercoated ones in in the next few days
