Currently beta testing the GG AFS

I was one of the luck devils to be fast enough to win(even though I still had to pay for it) the 15 person "lottery" on the "other" forum to be Beta tester for the newest, and most highly anticipated, GG AFS(Auto Feeding System). It's sitting in front of me right now. it's essentially a 2 part system consisting of a modified 901 atomizer and an auxillary 4ml tank that fits over and seals(via o-rings) around said atomizer. The whole system works by simply using your inhales to pull addtional liquid(from tank) into the atomizer, which has been modified by an additional lasered hole (about 3/4 inch above the normal air hole), which is situated to be INSIDE the tank, through which the additional liquid enters the atty.
Very simple and, once you get the hang of it, works fairly well. A few modifications to ruggedize the whole set-up, and this should be a winner. There are a few kinks to work out before this can be marketed to vaping population en masse, but I'm sure Imeo at GG will get right on it an this should be available soon. And I mean within the next few weeks soon.

I understand the convience of not having to top off or drip. How complete is the transfer of the juice to the atty? Using fluval, PTB, and brass screens I still have residual juice in the cart. Is there a loss of juice in the tank. Ditto on the Lucky Dog

I've been banned from the GG area on the other forum. Did Imeo ever answer if you can drill the hole in the atty yourself or do you have to buy the attys from him already drilled??

To answer all your questions. 1st of all, not SO lucky, I still had to pay for the thing wich at 30 euro and the current xchange rate was about $50 US dollars. (usually beta testers aren't required to actually pay for the item they're testing-but I was really curious so I didn't mind)

There is juice leftover in the tank(about 1ml), it's not lost though. You can either dump it back into your bottle(if you want to change flavors) OR just top off continually(if keeping same flavor). However, it does get more "difficult" to use as the tank gets lower, as you have to keep the GG at a certain angle to keep the fluid level over the internal hole.

Banned huh, TDM. Yeah, sometimes Imeo can get a little hotheaded(can I ask what happened?). Anyway, The answer to the drilling question is IF you have the skill/tools to make an extremely small hole, absolutely you could make your own(apparently Imeo uses a laser, you can tell from the burn marks on the outside of the atty, around the hole, that he does - so it is a very small hole, certainly smaller then the existing airhole lower on the atty). Imeo usues the LOW bridge 901 atty's(I think they are the RN4075's) and the hole is right where the bridge is (maybe 1mm above) on the inside of the atty. Currently, a few beta testers are a bit pissed as their atty's burnt out quickly(which happens) and Imeo did not include a spare(and he has NO more AFS atty's available right now), so they're left up poops creek. I think that was a pretty obvious oversight by Imeo, he should have given ever tester a spare. But yeah, it's simply a standard low bridge 901 atty with a second hole drilled(lasered) directly above the airhole(for reference, because you can't see it when it's in the tank) at the bridge level. Obviously Imeo is hoping that you won't be able to do this and buy directly from him, but it certainly, easily could be done.

Hope that clears things up a bit.

P.S. It does work, but as I mentioned before it needs to be tweaked a bit to make it more rugged before the final version is released. Also, it's not cheap. He's planning to sell the final version at 50 euro which would be about $80 USdollars.

Yeah this systems seems kind of bulky.. I always thought that making a Cart that auto feeds the liquid or somehow depressed the liquid toward the atty bridge at your control would be better.
