2 weeks and 4 days cig free

I smoked for 27yrs and was up to 2 packs of Pall Mall a day, now cig free and vaping. I stopped as soon as I got my kit since I ordered a pass through to use right away while my batteries charged. I started out with a 510 kit, 2 days later ordered a Riva Ego, now I want the new Precious L. I made my first batch of keoke coffee 30ml 36mg cut from 100mg of nic with vg and Lorann's keoke flavoring. The Riva Ego is not bad with the 510 LR atty's and playing around with 510 cartomizers.

I know the feeling all too well and I was almost exactly in your shoes 3 and a half months ago. 100% smoke free for 5 months, smoke for 27 years, 3 packs a day, finally quit with the help of a 510 kit and Pass Through then got my Precious-L 2 months later and the rest is history. Actually I have been trying for over 3 years but the shitty Njoy and Smokingeverywhere stuff that I started with 3 years ago wasn't even worth the price of the box it came in.

In about a month or so, you might wake up one morning hacking up all kinds of brown gunk. This will be the telltale sign that the cilia has started to repair itself well enough to start moving out all the crap you collected over the years. You will still get cravings, cigs will still smell good but as long as you realize how far you have come and how filthy the smoking habit was, you will make the right choices.

Be patient and wait for your chance to get a Precious, it is well worth the wait and one you will never regret.

Mahalo for the welcome Keith. I have some family that are Hawaiian. I was just watching some tow surfing video of a place called Jaws. I started with pg and was coughing up the brown stuff but then I thought vg would be healthier but now it's giving me green phlegm so I need to go back to pg. I read pg is a germicide so I may do a mostly pg to vg mix. Keith, being in hawaii do you have local vendors or just stock up since shipping takes longer? I wish Caesar was state side.

Actually we have a few places that sell liquid, one sells eliquidplanet stuff for a ludicrous price along with their own overpriced china crap. The other places just resell for this other locally run company, again super ripoff china crap for over $1 per ml. I only buy those in cases of extreme emergencies but normally buy online, stock up like a mofo and go through at least 6mls on a slow day. Shipping to Hawaii is pretty fast, priority takes 3 days max and the USPS main sorting center is in the airport 1 mile away from my house.

About the brown and green phlegm, better go see a doctor if that persists for over a week but at least you are able to cough stuff out. I had to take Mucinex to help get the crap out of my lungs due to what I think was the PG drying out my lungs so now I vape VG or a reduced PG/VG mix.

I wish Caesar lived in the states also but have no fear, what ever you order will most likely get to you within 2 weeks. The extra wait time usually happens when Customs gets backlogged and packages sit for a week, once they send it back out, the package gets to you in a just a few days. You could use the wait time to get the batteries and charger you need, might as well order them from dealextreme as you will never find prices as low as theirs. Trustfire black and red cannot be beat for the price with way more bang for your buck over the AW's with the same run time.

It been 9 months for me Nov 5th 09, started with a yeti 510 kit. Stopped analogs in 1 week, I actually can't stand the smell of them now. For me PG tends to dry out my throat, I prefer 100%VG loads of vapor. I will vape from time to time some PG and PG/VG blends. You'll eventually find what suits you, and that will change with time. Usually everyone wants tobacco flavor to replace that analog taste. At first I was that way, but ended up on capuccino and coffee flavors for several months. Then I found the Holy Grail of juice, which Keith now holds the Baton. You should definately try several vendors juices below are some of the ones I would recommend to start with.
