Hey, I just wanted to share my experience with Joe and I-Vape. I have been hearing really good things about I-Vape and their service and so I decided to give them a try instead of my usual supplier. The quality of their juice is great but what really impressed me was Joe's customer service.
After placing my order a tracking number was sent the following day, which made me very happy since I was running low on juice and cutting the only supply I had left to stretch it out. Well a few days later as I waited patiently, the tracking number was not updating as quickly as I thought it should. I gave it a couple of days and then sent an email to Joe asking if he had any idea why the delivery was running behind. I knew that the issue was probably USPS but just wanted to follow up in case any mistake occurred.
Sure enough, Joe replied back quickly and said all looked good on his end, but that he would check the shipping for himself and see if there was anything he could do. A few days later the package arrived and though it was later than expected, it was the fault of USPS.
I was happy to have my juice and went about my business without thinking to reply to Joe about its arrival. Well he didn't forget, and did get back with me, stating that he did check on the tracking, waited until it had arrived and just wanted to make sure I was happy with the product and his service. A customer really can not ask for anything better when it comes to service from a supplier.
Joe is a stand-up guy and has certainly earned my future business. Thanks a lot, I would not hesitate to recommend I-Vape anyone.
