    Talking My KR808D-1

After getting tired of messing with carts for the 901 I started looking into getting a second pv. I chose this one. I ordered my first kit from Drew at Nhaler and then ordered some extra stuff from Steve from Vapor4Life. I am extremely happy with my Kr. It is perfect for on the go. The batteries last for hours! And the cartomizers do too! I haven't found my favorite carto yet, but I am waiting on some from V4L. My first try at refilling the cartomizers was not good. I got flavor and no vapor. So I changed the way I did it and now they are going strong! I think the reason I like it so much is because it is so easy to use. When I am out and about I don't want to have to mess with carts, and now I don't have to. I would say that it is the perfect starter pv, but I know that it isn't only a starter, it is a staple pv.

    Default Kr808d-1

I have to agree. the 808D-1 is a great buy. I have a friend that showed me the Screwdriver, and the 901 carts. When he bought this for his wife they loaned me one for a day. It worked out great. That's what brought me into vaping. I haven't bought a pack of Cigs for a month now. I bought my first kit from Steve at Vapor4Life (V4L). Over the last month I've bought Carts from V4L, MistSticks, and JDL associates. This is working out great. I started refilling my carts too. I've found trick to prolonging the life of my 808D-1 carts, which I'll share in another post. My next venture will be mixing my own juice. I'll do a review on that and share my results also.

I am kind of interested in purchasing some cartos from mist stix due to the price. I have already started refilling my own cartos. At first, I had some trouble, but I have gotten the hang of it now. I found some good videos on how to do it on another forum.

I definately want to try a cartomizer model myself whenever I get some cashflow. I want something for when I'm on the go and don't feel like dripping on the atty every few mins when I'm out.
    I'm awesome.

I have the manual batteries and I love it. Do all the automatics have super short (2-3) cutoffs where you just take a lot of primer puffs but never a real draw or were my first automatic batts for this messed up?

It really is great. You just have to watch out for those cardboard flavored cartos!

I got my auto batteries from Nhaler. The short batt probably has a 4-5 sec cutoff and the long batt seems like the cutoff is about 2-3 seconds. At first I just attributed it to me not inhaling right, but I really think it is the cutoff. Sometimes I can get it to go longer, but it is difficult. So I usually use my manual batts from V4L.
