    Default 5 volt Passthru DOA

    I recieved my passthru in the mail today and the button is completely jacked. It does not work at all. Not cool.

    Yeah, the button was a bit messed up. They emailed me back and are sending a replacement. They were quick about it too. I do like the regular menthol juice I got from them as well. I think I will be doing more business with these guys in the future.

    good to see they got you sorted out. Madvapes is the shit. I have probably converted 25 smokers to vapers and they all love madvapes too.

    His spearmint is VERY good as well, its about as close as i get to menthol

    Ok, so MadVapes is the SHIT! They sent me out a new PT which works like a charm. It rocks. I placed another order for some attys, cartomizers, batteries, and an ac adapter. It all came super quick. I haven't had time to test all the stuff yet because of my work schedule but I know that if I have an issue with a DOA part, they will get it squared away. These guys run a real top notch operation and I will be a MAdVapes customer forever. Keep it up guys.

    one time i ordered something that came DOA and they sent me a new one with a return envelope so i didnt have to pay the return shipping. madvapes is the best website to work with that i've found so far.
