So they squared away my DOA passthru almost instantly. That made me happy, then I tried the new one out and it is amazing. I placed an order for some misc stuff, some attys, batteries, an ac to usb adapter, and a pack of the 510 caromizers. I haven't had a chance to test the attys or the cartos yet because of my work schedule but I am confident that if I have another DOA issue, MadVapes will square it away. I did get some freebie juice however which was awesome, I was not expecting that. I got some triple zest and some vanilla cream. Both vape very well. I have told every soldier who vapes here at Fort Polk that I know to stop going through whoever they go through and order from MadVapes instead. I am completely sold on these guys. I will forever be a MadVapes customer. Hopefully they will see many more orders come from the Fort Polk area of Louisiana.

The new order came at the same time my replacement PT did. Because I have pulled 12 hour shifts every day for the last 5 days, all I have tried is the PT and the juice. i haven't had time to test and break in the attys or cartomizers. Although this will be my first cartomizer experience. Got any tips?

Oh nice,
I dunno if you got the blank or prefilled cartos..... But if they are empty just take the little plug thats on top out... And slowly drip the juice in. Just make sure you drip it sort of on the side into the white fill thats inside.
It ll take some time for it to soak in. So be patient, give it a few drops and let soak in. And than repeat. Depends on how big your drops are it'll take something like 20+ to fill a fresh carto.
There is a few carto refill techniques, but pop and drip is the simplest.
Also keep them wet, you def dont have to drip as often as with attys, but as time goes you'll figure out when the right time is

Yeah, a buddy of mine is using them now and he loves it. I love direct dripping but I can't do it while I drive.


I am seriously blown away by their customer service. It is so rare for a business to go above and beyond for a customer, especially a first time customer. It is simply radtastic. LoL
