Good to know. Volcano's, in their email, made it sound like they would have to move out of the state to continue on with their business. I was interested in purchasing another lava tube from them but it's $70, which seems high for just the tube. Thanks for enlightening me.

Lilk, I was reading about that from an email that I got from Volcano's but for one, I doubt it will affect ecigs in Hawaii and I think the proposed bill was directed at the tobacco products. I would have no problem if the tax made cigarette prices double, might stop more people from smoking. Even if ecig sales were totally regulated in Hawaii, it would not affect me at all because I only buy from online places anyways. The local retailers like Volcano's, NoJoy, smokingeverywhere etc are way over priced anyways so they will get no sympathy from me.

Edit: I read the other bill and all it wants to do is make it illegal for anyone under 18 years of age to purchase ecig related items. If the suppliers were strict on this rule in the first place like they should have, they wouldn't be proposing this bill right now.

Wondering if you have seen the new legislation for 70% tax increase on e-cig hardware, e-liquids and anything that has to do with e-cigs? I received an email from volcano ecigs located on Oahu asking for testimony to stop the tax increase. The bill is SB2819. You may have received the email from then as well. Just wondering what good testimony would be to help stop or veto this bill. It does have some language with respect to minors, that doesn't bother me at all, it's the tax language that does. The bill is somewhat vague.

Just remember to fill it up fully on your initial fill or they will die. The hole can be punched in the same place as normal cartoz but be careful that you don't hit the wiring. The extra long length makes them perfect for the tanks, at least now you have some place to grab onto when screwing down your carto.

Lea, I saw that site before. They opened this year in May I think, have decent prices on their juice and cartoz but I haven't ordered from them before. Other than that, not much else I know about them but they seem to be an decent vendor. I usually google their name along with a name of one of their juices then read what comes up. A guy on another forum commented that their RY4 was pretty good so if they ever have a good sale on cartoz again, I just may give them a shot!!

On Monday I ordered 5 pack's of carto's because he had them on sale for Cyber Monday for $5.99 for a 5 pack and received 25ml of juice free and I received my order today in the mail. Of the 5 juices that I received free with my carto's only 2 do not smell like something I would vape but that is because I don't care for cinnamon which is in the Gingerbread and i'm not sure on the Baviaian Cream as my smell hasn't figure out if I would like it. There is this Vendor that came in and posted under a name "Lonewolf" and then to find out that he maybe "PaulieP" also, but to get to the point he has very good prices on Catro's $6.99 for the Boge and he includes a 5ml bottle of juice free with every single order of carto's. So far I have not been disappointed with his service and the juices have not been bad they taste like they smell and I won't vape ANYTHING that doesn't smell good. His French Vanilla tastes like French Vallia and I have been trying different vendor for this flavor and have had no luck until I tried his.
