As promised- we are posting to let you know that *The Joker AV* upgrade
originally scheduled for the end of this month- is now ready - 2 weeks ahead of schedule!

We are now offering (2) versions of *The Joker*:

The newer version-
*The Joker AV* (adjustable voltage)
is for people who prefer to adjust their voltage to their 'sweet spot'.:ice:
In regards to some recent inquiries about size-
*The Joker AV* units are approximately 1/2 inch longer
than *The Joker FV*
The AV units will arrive already pre-set to 5V-
and are adjustable from 3.6V to 6V .

*The Joker FV* (fixed voltage) is for our fellow vapers
whose standard vaping preference is 5V:hug:


Since we anticipate that a large percentage of our customers will most likely prefer
the AV upgrade for their *Jokers* -
we ask your patience once you have sent your unit in for the upgrade.
The expected turn-around time once we receive your units will be approx 3-4 days.

Please be sure to contact VaprLife for
your RMA NUMBER prior to sending your unit in for repair or upgrade-

VaprLife has decided to extend the warranty on
all current pre-sale *Joker* units to August 31st.
